About 3D Assets

SKP (SketchUp)
**************

3D objects with the **.SKP** file format are created in the SketchUp software.
You can import **.SKP** files from SketchUp Version 6 through 2019.

SolidWorks
**********

Files with **.SLDPRT** and **.SLDASM** file format are CAD file format used by SolidWorks.

The **.SLDPRT** file is the "PART" file that contains a single 3D part

The **.SLDASM** file is the "ASSEMBLY" file that links multiple **.SLDPRT** files to form a project.
Upload the compressed zip file with the **.SLDASM** file and all **.SLDPRT** files.


Missing Texture
***************

Assets appearing as dull gray color after importing indicates missing texture.
In the setting thumbnail page, a warning about missing texture is displayed.

If texture is missing, make sure that the 3D objects includes all texture and upload the file again.
