Add External Tool With a Client Id
-----------------------------------

In Blackboard, add a new tool with the client Id :class:`10ee96d7-25f4-465d-a8b0-d93abbc632e6`


In EON-XR > Admin > Settings > LTI Advantage (1.3) add a new platform with the following parameters. 
Refer to :class:`Setup` for additional help accessing the EON-XR settings page.

Blackboard will generate a Deployment Id, you must add this to the EON-XR LTI Advantage (1.3) settings page.

Manage Placements
--------------------------------

To use the tool within Blackboard, add a placement and refer to EON-XR LTI Advantage (1.3) settings page for target/redirect and deeplink URL.

If you wish to enable content selection, create a placement that uses deeplinking.
