  • Decision Mode: Explore tough choices under pressure, like prioritizing species during a global biodiversity crisis, using ethical and data-driven logic.

Multi-Avatar Soft Skills

Soft skills are no longer one-on-one. Now you can engage with up to four AI-driven avatars, each with their own communication styles, attitudes, and perspectives.

  • Fully configurable avatars with unique roles (leader, challenger, passive observer, etc.)

  • Group dynamics simulate natural conversations—avatars agree, interrupt, debate, or stay silent

  • Use cases: Leadership, conflict resolution, sales meetings, customer service, DEI, or performance reviews

  • Replay and reflection tools: Record, replay, and reflect on user performance (scoring features coming soon)

  • Available in solo or team scenarios, with learners switching roles or guiding multiple avatars
